Can anyone register and post?

I know this section of the site is being visted a fair amount, but no one has registered or posted a comment yet.

I guess there could be various reasons for that:

1) No one thinks it's worth posting
2) The site doesn't get as many visiors as I think ;o)
3) No one can register, or indeed make a post... !

If someone could register and reply to this, or make a new topic, I'd appreciate it!
